This workgroup has been cancelled. Roger Payne has cancelled all Health Services Workgoups
until the agency puts out the agreed upon Employee Health Care Program Statement. The Agency has refused to honor our
agreement in our workgroup and has attempted to make changes after this policy was completed about 2 years ago. No futher
Health Services policies will be done through workgroups due to these actions. All will be placed through normal policy
negotiatiations.
