A staff member was punched in the face by an inmate. The staff member was taken to the hospital and is in good condition. The institution was placed on lock down status until further notice.

An officer was assaulted by an inmate in a housing unit. The staff member suffered a busted lip and bruised eye.

At 7:05 a.m., an inmate hit the Unit Officer with an open hand in the face and neck.  The officer was not injured.
