FCI Estill, February 7, 2012FCI Estill, February 7, 2012 At approximate 11:30 a.m., a Use of Force Team was authorized to place an inmate into ambulatory restraints due to his disruptive behavior. Upon the arrival of the Use of Force Team, the inmate refused the Lieutenant’s order to cuff up, the Use of Force Team entered the cell and place the inmate into ambulatory restraints. There was no staff injuries reported. |
